Set up a call

This is optional, I’m not a big fan of phone calls and if you aren’t either - that’s okay! We can stick to emailing back and forth or if you’re local, let’s meet for coffee or a drink! However it is important we make sure we’re a good fit so I am always willing to hop on a call to get to know each other and chat about your vision and photography needs.

Book with me

This is where we make it official! I’ll send over a custom proposal based on what we’ve talked about. I require a 20% retainer and a signed contract to book with me. Payment is taken through a secure portal with different payment options. Once this is complete you are officially on my calendar!

The planning and the in-between

Once you’re booked, I’ll send over my welcome guide, vendor recommendation guide, and a questionnaire to get to know you two a little better. For sessions, I’ll send over my outfit guide and we’ll start discussing location options if we don’t have one. There will be times from booking to wedding day with little communication but I’m always here if you need advice, opinions, found your dream dress and want to send a photo to me (please do this), need help with your timeline or anything else! We will set up a Pre-wedding check in call 1-2 months before your wedding to go over any last minute details, timeline and just get excited about your day getting so close!

Wedding Day

The day is finally here!! I’ll show up ready to start taking photos. I'm here to serve you in the best way possible and make you feel comfortable. Sometimes I’m more engaged and directing, sometimes I’m more of a fly on the wall. It’s important to me that you have all the photos you desire, the photos you didn’t even know you wanted, and also for you to spend time with your people and have fun. The day goes by so fast, enjoy it. You do your thing, I’ll do mine!

Photo Delivery

After your wedding you will receive sneak peeks within 48 hours, these are typically 15-30 photos from your day. You can go ahead and start sharing these with family and friends and on social media!

Your full gallery will be delivered within 5-7 weeks from your date. This will be an online gallery with high-resolution images and my print shop attached. Through my shop you can order prints and albums from premier print labs however you have printing rights if you would like to use a local shop.
